Pale red, consistently fired; very hard, somewhat fine, with smooth to vaguely conchoidal break; uncommon, tiny to small, poorly sorted lime specks, rare, tiny to small, subangular, dark gray bits, one or two, subrounded, red chunks; upper handle and sides of handle have thin whitish wash. Surface shows wet smoothing.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves upper handle and part of middle neck at attachment. Slight, sparse abrasion and scoring; mostly clean breaks; thin, faint cloud of incipient encrustation.
