West Cilician fabric and form, MRA4=Agora G199 or perhaps Agora M 239
Fabric, firing, surface
Reddish fabric with a tinge of brown; small but discrete grayish core; very surface has golden brown coloration; medium coarse, somewhat soft, with smooth break; common, mostly small inclusions, poorly sorted, including elongated dark gray, platy shiny gray flakes (schistose), rare offwhite opaque, subrounded rocks, rare calcareous bits, rare dark brown to reddish particles. Western Cilician.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves upper to middle part of toe. Slight, sparse abrasion with minor flaking and chipping; worn breaks; thin film of encruststion over breaks.
