Description
Cylindrical neck. Flaring rim, slightly pointed on outside.
Fabric, firing, surface
Pale buff, fired slightly light at very surfaces. Somewhat fine, hard; rather smooth. Rare, small, irregular, lime chunks, one exploding at surface. Cf. Early-Middle Roman Corinthian lamp fabric.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves ca. 8% of rim and small part of upper neck. Slight, sparse abrasion and light scoring; worn breaks; little or no encrustation.
