Fabric, firing, surface

Pale buff, consistently fired. Fine, somewhat soft; splintery break; smooth surface texture. Abundant lime specks. Regional; cf. Early Roman lamp fabric.

Preservation description

Four small fragments preserve ca. 15% of rim and uppermost wall. Severe erosion with pitting; ragged breaks.
