Cylindrical(?) neck. Vertical loop handle, oval in section, with three irregular grooves on upper surface.
Fabric, firing, surface
Brownish gray core, fired to orangish brown at surface (1-2 mm); slightly coarse, hard, with smooth to hackly break; uncommon, tiny, poorly sorted, varied bits (white, dark gray); rare medium, subangular, gray rocky particles; abundant flecks of silvery mica. Ionian coast.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves middle to upper handle. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive abrasion and minor chipping; worn breaks; thin, extensive encrustation.
