Fabric, firing, surface
Pale orangish brown, fired to whitish yellow at surface; hard, somewhat fine, slightly granular break with gritty surface texture; so far as can be discerned through encrustation: tiny mixed bits, white, dark, and red(?). Eastern Cilician.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 12.5% of rim and neck and one upper handle attachment. Slight, sparse abrasion and rare gouging; worn breaks; thick, extensive encrustation.
