Fabric, firing, surface
Pale red fabric fired to brownish red with a tinge of green at very surfaces. Hard, coarse; sslightly hackly break, with sandy surface texture. Dense, well sorted, tiny to small, varied inclusions visible in break and at surface; tabular white and offwhite bits; subrounded, red and dark gray bits; uncommon, small flakes of silver mica. Western Asia Minor but not Phocaean or Ephesian.
