Sparse ash with human bone, Knidian gray-ware cup (KP264), and little pottery, some scorched, fill elongated pit or trench (p.W. 1.77 m northeast-southwest Γ p.L. 3.19 m northwest-southeast) cut into open slope. This pit or trench extends farther upslope (northwest) into baulk and may connect with Deposit A1b, which emerges from deeper colluvium at higher point ca. 1 m away. Capping fill inside pit and slumping to northeast was distinct line of large cobbles and boulders placed here intentionally. Line of stones extends straight south across trench. It may well be downslope (southeast) extension of dense concentration of stones in north-northeast area of adjacent trench A-07-1.
