Description
Large plate with high, molded pedestal foot, nearly flat floor and walls, and knobbed rim. Grooving and rouletting in bands on outside face of foot. Two subtypes (A, B) vary by decorative elaboration: A has relief adorning floor. Rare ARS form of the early 5th to early 6th century.
