Description
Large bowl with high, splayed ring foot, curving bottom and wall, and horizontal rim. Often groove around single stamped motif on floor. Two subtypes: one with wider rim, thickened lip, and higher, thinner foot (A); and one with narrower rim, rolled lip, and heavier or knobbed foot. Common ARS form of the late 5th to early 6th century.
