Description
Tear-shaped(?) outline. Circular, concave discus has rosette with 13(?) concave, rounded petals. Flat shoulder has wavy lines in relief. Thick, pierced handle has three grooves above and two below.
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric: 5YR 6/6, reddish yellow. Slip: 2.5YR 6/6, light red. Thin, even, semilustrous slip.
Preservation comment
Two large joining fragments preserve upper handle, ca. 33% of shoulder, and small part of discus. Traces of encrustation and thick accumulation over top of handle.
