- Description
- Narrow handle with two grooves extends nearly to base-groove. Flat, plain base has single circular groove around incuse signature: ΠⲰⲤΦΟΡ|[Ο]Υ̣ (small clay globules).
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- 5YR 7/6, reddish yellow. Early/Middle Roman Corinthian lamp fabric: pale to slightly reddish, somewhat grainy and soft.
- Preservation comment
- One large fragment preserves small part of lower handle, roughly one third of back and side wall, and one half of base. Very slight, sparse abrasion, pitting, and chipping.
