Description
Narrow handle with two grooves extends nearly to base-groove. Flat, plain base has single circular groove around incuse signature: ΠⲰⲤΦΟΡ|[Ο]Υ̣ (small clay globules).
Fabric, firing, and surface description
5YR 7/6, reddish yellow. Early/Middle Roman Corinthian lamp fabric: pale to slightly reddish, somewhat grainy and soft.
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves small part of lower handle, roughly one third of back and side wall, and one half of base. Very slight, sparse abrasion, pitting, and chipping.
