Flat, plain base has single circular groove around incuse signature: ]Φ̣ΟΡΟ(Υ) or ]Φ̣ΟΡΟ|[Υ] (letters are crowded, sharply cut, slope slightly to right in cursive manner). Read ΓΑΠΟ]Φ̣ΟΡΟ|[Υ]?
Fabric, firing, and surface description
10YR 7/4, very pale brown. Early/Middle Roman Corinthian lamp fabric: somewhat soft.
Preservation comment
One small fragment preserves right one third of base and small part of wall. Slight, sparse pitting.
