Fabric, firing, and surface description
Corinthian Early-Middle Roman lamp fabric: pale buff, fine, somewhat hard; rare, isolated lime chunks; very rare gold micaceous sparkles; finely smoothed surface.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves back left part of lamp, including part of discus and shoulder and upper handle. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion with minor chipping and gouging; worn breaks; extensive, gritty film of encrustation.
