Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment for ware: red with a tinge of brown, consistently fired; hard, slightly gritty; small, uncommon, white, red, and black bits; unslipped. Misalignment to right at seam but smoothed joint.
Preservation comment
Intact lamp except for large hole on back left bottom. Slight, sparse abrasion and rare flaking around break; very thin patches of white discoloration (calcareous?).
