Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (pale red, gritty and cracking across surface), firing (hard), and surface treatment (smoothed walls) for type. Clean seam and slight left misalignment of handle.
Preservation comment
Intact. Slight, sparse abrasion and somewhat sparse, moderate gouging and chipping; grayish cloud (calcareous?) across top and large, somewhat thick patches of encrustation on bottom.
