Description
Cup or bowl. Flat floor. Two partially preserved stamped ”palm leaves with thick barred stem” radiating from center; a very small square with diagonal bars is between.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine fabric with small, poorly sorted, subangular, white inclusions. Variably light to dark red slip is only present on extant interior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 20% of base but nearly 50% circumference. Slight, very sparse abrasion; slightly worn breaks; thin cloud of gray discoloration (calcareous?).
