Description
Circular(?) format. Circular discus, slightly concave, surrounded by sharp groove: relief depicts two facing birds perched on chalice.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: pink; somewhat soft; medium fine, micaceous, with very small, uncommon, rounded and subrounded, mostly white and few black, brown, and red bits; slightly granular break. Slip: orangish red; thin, mostly even, semilustrous.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves middle to back right discus and small part of adjacent shoulder and upper handle. Extensive, moderate abrasion and pitting; worn breaks.
