Fabric: orange, slight pinkish; slightly soft, granular break; medium fine, with uncommon, small, subrounded and subangular, well sorted, white and rare black inclusions; scattered voids. Consistently fired. Slip: chocolate brown; outside and streaks inside lamp; somewhat variable thickness with gathering in grooves, somewhat streaky; semimatte.
Preservation comment
Eight joining sherds preserve most of discus and shoulder but missing nozzle, handle, and entire base. Extensive, moderate abrasion and frequent flaking; slightly worn breaks; rare specks of encrustation and grayish cloud (encrustation?).
