Description
Conical loom weight tapering at inflection near bottom. Slightly concave bottom. Rounded point. Small hole pierces through wall near top. Deep stamp on lower face, upside down: rectangle around letters in shallow relief, ΝΙΚΟΦ.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Corinthian fabric.
Preservation comment
12 joining fragments preserve ca. 65% of object. Slight, sparse abrasion and extensive cracking and flaking; wide, thin, sparse patches of encrustation.
