Late Roman Corinthian “red“ fabric (very hard; slightly darker at surface). Thick webbing and sharp, distinct joining ridge; misalignment of handle at seam. Fingerprints on sides of handle.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves entire top above seam but missing front right shoulder and nozzle. Slight, moderate abrasion and pitting; somewhat worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
