Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (pale red), firing (somewhat brittle), and surface treatment. Misaligned but smoothed.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves roughly back one half of lamp, including entire handle. Slight to moderate, extensive erosion, pitting and flaking; worn breaks; scattered specks of encrustation.
