- Description
- Single large sherd of shallow moratorium with single extant “egg and dart” lug handle. The lower part of the extant interior surface shows considerable wear from use. This worn section transitions to very limited wear near rim across a band of progressively less worn surface. Where not especially worn near rim, there is a thick very pale pink slip. The “egg and dart” lug handle is formed by four larger masses (the eggs) between five smaller, vertically oriented separators. The outer faces of all the features are rounded. The reference to “egg and dart” is by analogy, though it does capture the overall impression given by the handle.

- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- The matrix of the fabric is fine and soft, with many large dark reddish chunks, some as large as .005 in length, many lying flattened on worn surfaces; the inclusions are largely angular, some quite elongated.
