Amphora. Wide, low sloping shoulder(?). Large red dipinto in two lines(?): lower one is design?
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Reddish yellow with a tinge of orange, pale brown exterior surface; consistently fired. Fine, hard; hackly break and slightly gritty texture. Rare, tiny to small, various dark bits and rarely white; densely golden micaceous in breaks and on surface. Small blobs of excess clay on exterior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves small part of shoulder with dipinto. Slight, sparse abrasion with rare chipping; worn breaks; occasional, thick patches of encrustation and wide, faint patches of white discoloration (calcareous?).
