Description
Concave discus. Molded relief: uncertain floral design (leaves and branches).
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale brown fabric, consistently fired; chard, very slightly gritty; rare, tiny, white (calcareous) and black bits; no mica. Thin, even, dull matte slip, orange with a tinge of red, on exterior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves small part of discus; not handle ornament. Slight, sparse abrasion and minor chipping around edges; slight flaking and pitting on interior; no visible encrustation.
