Description
Amphora. Short trunoconical neck. Loop handle, oval in section, attaches at middle nec. Red dipinto on neck alongside handle: IIIX (first three characters sloping to right, X less so).
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Standard LRA2 southern Argolid fabric, firing and surface treatment: core and interior surface reddish; large lime chunks opening at surface.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 35% of neck and one handle and small part of rim. Slight, sparse abrasion and scratching; clean breaks.
