Typical fabric (whitish yellow, very fine), firing, and surface treatment (thick, chocolate slip applied over entire exterior and into interior.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 40% of middle to upper handle and adjacent wall. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive, pitting and abrasion; worn breaks; scattered specks of encrustation. Handle bent over to left in kiln?.
