Typical fabric (whitish yellow, rare tiny white and black bits), firing, and surface treatment (faint traces of brown slip).
Preservation comment
Four joining sherds preserve left wall of nozzle, including one volute. Extensive, moderate to severe abrasion and erosion; very worm breaks. Weathering from marine submersion over long term.
