- Description
- Circular discus with figural relief: Actaeon lunging left, transforming into stag, with hound in side-view leaping up to stomach.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Pale yellow, consistently fired; hard, soft, smooth but faintly granular breaking; common, poorly sorted, small, rounded black and lime bits. Thick, semimatte, even slip, fired grayish brown, on interior and exterior. Italian.
- Preservation comment
- Intact but part of front right nozzle missing. Slight, sparse abrasion and minor gouging; worn breaks. Weathering consistent with long marine submersion.
