- 1960s: sherds mended with shellac and infilled with white plaster.
- Description
- Bowl. Flaring walls and vertical rim, short flange at base of rim; groove under flange. Flaring ring foot; widely sloping inner face to offset just below bottom. Two diagonal strokes incised on bottom, circumscribed by foot: Λ.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Very fine pinkish slip, no visible inclusions. Thin slip eroded on extant surfaces, thicker in grooves.
- Preservation comment
- Nine sherds, seven joining, preserve ca. 45% of vessel including entire base, adjacent wall. Small part of rim, and restorable profile. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive abrasion and rare scratching; slip chipping around edges; somewhat sharp breaks. Widespread cloud of discoloration.
