Conservation
1960s: part of wall and rim reconstructed in white plaster painted gray.
Description
Dish with flanged rim and low foot. Outer face of rim is tooled with slightly rounded edge to create smooth, very slightly concave band; distinctly hooked underneath.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine reddish fabric with tiny lime bits, matte slip is darker red on interior and over rim with drip marks on lower outer body, small patch of excess and cracking slip under flange..
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves full profile, ca. 15-18% of rim, and ca. 25-28% of base. Slight, sparse abrasion; very faint patches of white discoloration across surface.
