Description
Deep bowl. Squared, everted, slightly drooping rim; strait walls above low carination; flat floor. Heavy ring base. Light groove on floor above base.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine reddish fabric with very rare, small, dark, rounded inclusions; one round void observed. Slip thick with some gloss extant, though mostly matte or worn; thinner and matte on exterior.
Preservation comment
Four sherds, three joining, preserve full profile, ca. 35% of rim, most of body, and entire base. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion, pitting and scratching and rare chips; large patches of very thin encrustation.
