Description
Small plate. Curved to nearly vertical rim with flange below; rouletting on outer face. Low ring foot.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
So far as can be observed through the weathering: typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment: fine fabric; frequent golden mica. Weathering consistent with prolonged marine submersion,.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves <10% of rim and most of profile except center of floor. Extensive, severe erosion and abrasion with slight chipping; worn breaks; scattered gray clouding and specks of encrustation. Fabric discolored and slip heavily word or entirely missing due to long marine submersion.
