Fabric, firing, and surface description
Dark reddish brown fabric, consistently fired so far as can be discerned through weathering. Fine, hard; smooth break and somewhat gritty texture(?). Rare, small to medium, angular, white (lime) inclusions and varied tiny bits (red, black); densely golden micaceous.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves entire base and small part of lower wall. Soft and powdery surface, extensive erosion and pitting, consistent with marine submersion over a long period; worn breaks.
