Brownish red, consistently fired. Medium coarse, hard, with hackly break. Uncommon, tiny to small, mixed inclusions (mostly dark but a few white calcareous); uncommon, irregular voids.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 20% of rim and small part of upper body. Slightly soft and powdery surface, extensive erosion with slight pitting and flaking, consistent with marine submersion over a long period; worn breaks; scattered patches of marine encrustation.
