Circular stopper formed from combed body sherd of an LRA2 amphora. Combing was originally on all parts of upper surface, though is now substantially abraded. The fabric is somewhat hard and fine for LRA “Southern Argolid Fabric” and there are relatively few calcareous chunks along with more frequent tiny glistening bits. It is not, however, clearly from a different source.
