Large bowl. Vertical rim with blocky flange below, overhanging widely; slight concavities on upper face and lower face.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Material and surface treatment typical for ware. Slightly granular, hard fabric is light orangish brown with few lime specks and other very tiny bits. Surface has thin, even, semimatte red slip with tinge of orange, slightly darker than fabric. Classic LRC fabric.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves 8% of rim to uppermost limit of wall. Slight to moderate abrasion and chipping around edges; extensive film of encrustation.
