- Description
- Jug. Rounded body. Low foot; slightly concave bottom. Tooled bands on lower wall. Notably well-made.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Fabric: 10R 7/4. Slip: near 10YR 7/4. Very slightly granular fabric with occasional medium to small light angular “lime” inclusions. Surface finished with thin wash slightly more pale than fabric. Regional product.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves 60% of base and small part of lower wall. Slight, sprase abrasion and pitting; somewhat worn edges; scattered specks of encrustation.
