Description
Large thin-walled dish. Vestigial foot on outer edge of wide base. Flaring lower wall. Single, sharp groove on outer floor.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine fabric with occasional light inclusions; thick, even, semiglossy slip on all surfaces, well smoothed in bands on interior. Material and surface treatment typical for ware.
Preservation comment
Two small, nonjoining sherds (632 and 2011) preserve ca. 8% of base and ca. 7% of rim and small parts of lower and upper wall. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion around edges; slight film of encrustation.
