Heavy, bowed handle, round in section, has six ridges on outer surface.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 10R 5/8, red. Slightly darker core; fired dark gray on surfaces (around 10R 4/1, dark reddish gray). Coarse fabric with uncommon small to medium-sized, subangular to subrounded, black, gray and white inclusions, few larger white (“lime“); occasional voids (spalling).
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves roughly on quarter of handle. Slight, extensive abrasion on all surfaces and chipping around edges; thin, extensive film of encrustation on all surfaces.
