Single sherd preserving 1/4 of short rim and one complete strap handle with central groove, portion of shoulder. Slightly coarse fabric consistently fired to brownish red; abundant small golden micaceous flakes, many flattened on both surfaces, other mostly light very small to tiny bits. Surface fired slightly darker, grey in patches. Ridges on extant part of shoulder, starting under handle; interior smoothed, one patch of excess clay. There are a few small patches of black pitch on extant interior.
