Rim everted with concave inner face forming ledge for lid and rounded outer edge; distinct tooling (slightly undercut) where rim articulates with upper wall. Globular(?) body.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Granular fabric is brownish-red with frequent small to medium light subangular inclusions and other tiny bits. Interior and exterior surface is brownish-red consistent with fabric with patchy grey on outside of rim.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves roughly one quarter of rim and upper body. Slight to moderate, sparse abrasion and chipping around edges; slight erosion of fabric; thick, extensive film of encrustation.
