Description

Amphora with short neck, thickened rounded rim, thick handle with groove on top.

Fabric, firing, and surface description

Very slightly granular brownish red fabric, where possible to observe, occasional tiny light inclusions. Surface has thin wash, darker than fabric.

Preservation comment

Single sherd, part of rim and one handle, with part of wall below. Heavily encrusted.
