- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- An elongated chunk of iron (L. 0.023 m) embedded in top of handle. Clay is now flaking away around this chunk but was clearly embedded in fabric.
- Preservation comment
- One intact handle attached to shoulder. Slight, sparse abrasion and severe flaking to distintegration around embedded iron (nail shank?); slightly worn breaks; discontinuous small patches of encrustation.
