Large jug or amphora. Cylindrical neck, slightly convex; everted, squared rim with slight indentation in upper to inside face.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Light brown; fine, somewhat soft fabric with smooth break; infrequent, tiny to small, irregular and rounded lime particles; rare small, subrounded voids at surface. Surface wash same color as fabric.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves 25% of rim and part of upper neck. Slight to moderate, somewhat rare abrasion with gouging around edges; dulled and worn breaks; very rare specks of encrustation.
