- Typological identification comment
- Rim form similar to Hammond 414 and 415 but steeper tapering in body.
- Description
- Wide horizontal rim with slightly sloping interior face and rounded outer edge. Straight upper body turns inward slightly just below rim.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Granular fabric is light reddish-brown with frequent light small angular inclusions, rare light medium angular inclusions. All surfaces are pale brown with light brush marks.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves roughly 10% of rim and small part of upper body. Very slight abrasion but otherwise clean breaks; scattered patches of encrustation.
