Pitcher. Base is formed by flaring out the join between floor and wall; outer face is angled and marked above by sharp groove; underside is domed(?).
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine pale brown with a tinge of pink; somewhat fine, hard, smooth to vaguely conchoidal break; uncommon, well sorted, very small, lime particles and rare, small, dark (red and gray to black), angular bits; rare, very small voids at surface. Faint brush strokes and turning marks on exterior. Sim. southern Argolid LRA2 fabric.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 8-10% of base and small part of lower wall. Slight, sparse abrasion and scoring with large chipping around edges; worn breaks; irregular, rough, widespread encrustation.
