Typological identification
Small handled amphora stopper
Description
Knob handled stopper. About 1/3rd preserved. Knob handle broken in half exposing knob cavity. Remaining rim is chipped. Dark discoloration potentially due to burning. Made in “Southern Argolid Fabric”.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Usual LRA2 Argolid fabric, though discolored by either over firing or burning. Frequent small mostly light chunks.
