Reddish brown fabric fired pale gray at surface (2-3 mm); coarse, hard, granular to hackly break; frequent, well sorted inclusions: tiny to small, varied light and dark bits; small, tabular, platy, and angular particles (calcareous, quartzitic, red-orange powdery and stoney); rare large, angular, offwhite chunks (feldspar?); inclusions visible at surface.
