Vertical to slightly flaring, cylindrical rim with slight bulge in middle; demarcated below by small rounded ridge like a ring; slightly rounded to triangular lip. Upper shoulder descends from neck in even slope; fine, sharp ridging.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Hard, orange fabric with common, small, rounded to subrounded, sandy inclusions (quartz, red and black) and small lime chunks; smoothed surface (cf. KTH2525). Northern Palestinian: Caesarea.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 22% of rim and upper shoulder. Slight, extensive abrasion and minor chipping around edges; moderately worn breaks; extensive white (calcareous) film.
